How It Works

Reporting a local problem shouldn't be complicated

ReportPSR helps you describe the problem, identify where it happened and send the information through Public Service Request to an available participating service.

1

Tell us what happened

Add the location and any photographs, video or other information that could help the service provider understand the problem.

Examples: potholes, broken streetlights, damaged bus shelters, water coming out of the road, fallen trees.

2

You don't need to know the department

ReportPSR uses the information you provide to identify an appropriate available service from organisations participating in Public Service Request.

Public Works, Roads, Parks, Transit, Facilities, Water and Wastewater should not be your problem to navigate.

3

The service provider takes it from there

Once submitted, your report becomes a Service Request that the receiving organisation can assign, manage, update and resolve through PSR.

Where supported, you may receive updates as the request progresses.
